Baeza is a town in the province of Jaén, Spain. Together with Úbeda, it forms a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its outstanding Renaissance architecture. The town features numerous historic buildings, including the Cathedral of Baeza, the University, and the Jabalquinto Palace. Baeza was an important cultural center during the 16th century and was home to the poet Antonio Machado, who taught at the local high school.
